VIA FERRATA COURSE
Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 May
This course aims to bring hikers closer to the world of ferratas. In these two days we will teach you how to move safely on equipped routes, how to correctly use the necessary equipment . The course will take place near Lake Garda on beautiful routes known and appreciated especially in mid-season due to the temperate climate of the area. Thus was born the idea of getting passionate about this activity, accompanied by experts who will be able to help and motivate you at any time. A weekend dedicated to fun and contact with nature.
Schedule:
Saturday 13 May
Meeting in front of the Arco municipal campsite in Località Prabi at 9.30am. Explanation of the program, visualization and use of materials. Via ferrata school at the boulders of Prabi and introduction of handling techniques on rough terrain. In the afternoon, ascent of the Monte Colodri via ferrata. The course ends at 5pm.
Sunday 14 May
Meeting at 8.30 am. Cima Capi via ferrata. Deepening of the basic techniques with special attention to those in descent. Ascent of a classic via ferrata in the area with progression also on a downhill route. The return is expected at 5 pm.
The via ferratas indicated in the program are indicative and can be changed by the guide based on the weather conditions and the abilities of the participants.
