Dolomites
Experience was born in 2003 as the wish of a group of young
mountain guides from Val di Fiemme, with the purpose of creating
a serious working group, to transmit their passion for the
mountains to those who want to try this adventurous experience.
For
Marco Bozzetta, director of the group, it is also the
achievement of a long-held dream, to transform his passion into
a full time job for all seasons; meeting many people to whom he
can teach the values of the mountains, sharing with them both
intense experiences and moments of great joy. Dolomites
Experience deals with so many activities linked to the mountains,
not only for those of a high technical level, but also those who
simply love the open air and physical activity.

Marco
Bozzetta, born 11 February 1974 in Cavalese, Fiemme Valley, grew
up in the small village of Daiano (500 inhabitants) and still
lives there today. From a very early age his boundless passion
for the mountains and all its activities develops. After leaving
school, Marco dedicates himself
completely to this vocation accumulating over the years a large
number of ascents of all types. His
great passion and considerable activity is rewarded for the
first time in 1997 at the age of 24
when he enters the prestigious group of the Italian Alpine Club
by becoming one of the youngest
Academics in Italy. In 2000 he passes the exams to become a
mountain guide and the next year he receives his diploma. At the
same time he obtains his diploma as Park Guide and becomes
responsible for collecting snow measurements. After four years
of experience in the field he becomes an international Mountain
Guide and Master of Alpinism, establishing the group “Guide
Alpine Dolomites Experience” with the aim of carrying out full
time and anywhere all mountain activities. Last but not least in
2009 he becomes National Instructor of Mountain Guides,
fulfilling his dream of teaching his
great passion to other mountain guides. Marco is also an avid
photographer and writer of guidebooks on climbing and ski
mountaineering.
