Climbing week in the
group of Masino-Bregaglia on the Italian-Swiss border
From
23 to 28 July 2006
The
mountainous group of the Masino-Bregaglia, is a granite mountain
range which separates the province of Sondrio from the Val
Bondasca in Switzerland. The mythical peaks of Pizzo Badile and
the Cengalo make up parts of this range, true and proper alpine
colussus of more than 3300m. Stopping off at the refuges
Giannetti and Allievi, there are innumerable mountaineering
possibilities, from the simple but fascinasting normal routes of
the Cengalo del Badile and del Ferro, to the more difficult
historical routes of the area, like the Via Merizzi to the Pizzo
Torrone, the Via Contini to the Punta Sertori,
La Via Bonacossa to the Punta Rasica and many others.
The
difficulty of the routes will be decided according to the level
of the participants. For further information fill in the
appropriate form on this .
